City’s representatives have approached the Portuguese winger’s agents, according to Fabrizio Romano, to inquire about the possibility of signing the player as a replacement for Savinho, who is keen on a move to Tottenham in the summer.

Chelsea does not actively want to sell Neto and continues to view him as an important part of Xabi Alonso's long-term plans. However, Chelsea's valuation of the player will be important for City to take the next step for the player.
