Liverpool have made an initial approach to Monaco to inquire about the availability of Maghnes Akliouche for a potential transfer in the summer, according to Sky Sports.
Paris Saint-Germain have already seen multiple bids rejected, with their latest offer reportedly worth £34 million, but Monaco continue to demand a significantly higher fee.
Why Liverpool Want Akliouche
Liverpool wants to add more players on the wing, especially on the right-hand side, ahead of the new season to fill the void of Mohamed Salah in the team. The Reds completed the signing of Victor Muñoz from Osasuna for the left winger role and are now targeting Maghnes Akliouche for the right winger role after failing the race to sign Yan Diamonde to the defending European champions.

Maghnes Akliouche is capable of playing in right wing and attacking midfielder roles comfortably using his press resistance, ball carrying, dribbling, and pace, which makes him an attractive option for top European clubs, including PSG and Liverpool.
